Roles and Responsibilities

1. Accounting
   1. Creates Payment Link and indicates it in Google Sheet
2. ECOM Team
   1. Transacts own websites' orders (HOMEOFFICE)
3. Logistics
   1. Delivers items from the store to the end customer
4. Personal Shopper (Store Personnel)
   1. Acts as the personal shopper (Also known as BTB Tech Butler)
   2. Takes customer orders through calls / text / viber
   3. Fills up Google Sheet

Policy

1. A new shopping experience will be offered to customers through the Personal Shopper Program.
2. Retail store staff from select stores will act as personal shoppers to customers and take down their orders through call, text, or Viber chat. If inventory is not available, it will not be included in the order.
3. All orders MUST be placed through Google Sheet for monitoring of all related departments.
4. For orders that will be paid online, accounting will generate a payment link and paste it to the Google Sheet. From there, personal shoppers will forward the link to the customer. After payment, Accounting will verify the transaction for completion and update the Google Sheet status.
5. The personal shopper will invite the customer to pick up the item in the store once ready.
6. If payment has not yet been paid online, customer will pay in the store.
7. Once payment is complete, item can be released.
